1. What is Urban Bloom Creative?
Urban Bloom Creative is an ecommerce store that specializes in selling beautiful dried flowers, craft kits and floristry sundries. Our unique value proposition lies in offering a wide variety of vibrant colours and textures, allowing customers to add a pop of colour and natural elements to their home décor or floral arrangements.
2. How long do I have to return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
3. What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. How do I start a return?
To start a return, you must contact us at info@urbanbloomcreative.com first.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Urban Bloom Creative, Unit 6, Acorn The Business Centre, 2 Riada Avenue, BALLYMONEY, BT53 7LH, United Kingdom.
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, due to our status as a small business, we're unable to supply a free parcel label. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 5. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Can I return perishable or personalized items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
7. How can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. What is the refund process?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@urbanbloomcreative.com.
9. What are the shipping options and rates?
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: £3.99 (estimated delivery time 4-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: £5.50 (estimated delivery time 2-3 business days)
- European Union: £12.99 (estimated delivery time 7-21 business days)
The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
10. Do you ship internationally?
